x=[(x+60°)-20°]/2
x=(x+60°-20°)/2
x=(x+40°)/2
Solving for x: Multiplying both sides of the equation bu 2:
2x=2(x+40°)/2
2x=x+40°
Subtracting x both sides of the equation:
2x-x=x+40°-x
x=40°

Answer: x=40°
