Please use "^" to denote exponentiation:  f(x) = x^2 - 6x.

To find f(-a), replace "x" with "(-a)" in the function (x) = x^2 - 6x:

f(-a) = (-a)^2 - 6(-a)  =  a^2 + 6a (answer)
